Please be aware that you have to take full responsibility for your shipment so if customs seize it we cannot be held liable for this,
so far we have not had an issues with customs seizing any parcels but it a possibility.
We have a no return or refund policy for any unwanted products once the item it shipped but we do offer a full refund policy on any orders you make prior to them

All of our orders are sent directly from Cambodia, we personally hand package each parcel and product we ship and sell.
All orders placed Monday to Friday (Based On Cambodia's time zone) will be sent within 2 working days via international air mail which includes tracking.
The tracking code and information for your shipment will be given within 24 hours of your order being posted. We do not ship on Sundays and on Cambodia holiday
events as the postal service is closed then.
All orders sent via international air mail take on average around 2 weeks to arrive but we have had many orders arrive earlier but in rarer cases later. Please
wait a minimum of a month before contacting us about unreceived orders.
Please be aware that some of our customers have not been informed that the package is with their local postal service waiting to be picked up so if you parcel has not
turned up we advice you contact your local postal service to see if they have it.
